PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA- INFORMATION AND CONSENT*
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING AND NATURE OF THE CONFERENCE - Blue Phoenix of Toffano Nicoletta ("Blue Phoenix") informs that, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 ("Privacy Code") and articles 13 and 14 of the General European Data Protection Regulation, n. 2016/679 ("Regulations"), the personal data provided by the CUSTOMER in relation to the supplied product / service will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Code and the Regulations, for the following purposes:
A. Purposes strictly connected to the execution of the estimate, transmission of information, to the sale of sails and / or accessories, to the supply of services: the data provided by the CUSTOMER will be used for the preparation of the requested estimate, for the transmission of the requested information, for the conclusion and execution of the CONTRACT of sale and / or services and to fulfill the legal obligations deriving from the CONTRACT itself. Will therefore be processed for: 1) the drafting of the estimate and / or information requested; 2) the signing of the CONTRACT; 3) the management of any contractual changes relating to personal data, the management of collections; 4) processing, printing, enveloping, sending invoices; 5) the management of any requests for information, actions, assistance, complaints, disputes; 6) the protection and possible recovery of credit, including checks on the solvency of the CUSTOMER. The provision of personal data for these purposes is mandatory and any failure to provide data may affect the provision of the requested products / services.

2. LEGAL BASIS OF TREATMENT AND DATA CONSERVATION PERIOD - With reference to the processing carried out for the purposes referred to in the points:
- 1 letter A), the legal basis of the same lies in the respective consent given by the CUSTOMER
- 2 letter A) the legal basis lies in the CONTRACT stipulated, or in the process of being signed, between the CUSTOMER and Blue Phoenix and in the related legal obligations.
The data collected for the purposes referred to in point 1 letter A) will be kept for a period of time not exceeding 12 months. The data collected for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter A) will be kept for a period of 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship.

3. CATEGORY OF DATA PROCESSED AND DATA SOURCE - 3.1 The personal data of the CLIENT, which may be collected and processed for the purposes indicated above, are personal data, contact data and contractual data for billing purposes. The aforementioned data may be either (i) voluntarily provided by the CUSTOMER for the conclusion of the CONTRACT upon acceptance of the estimate and signing of the CONTRACT and / or in the course of contacts with the Data Controller and / or the Blue Phoenix collaborators in charge of the activities. relating to the conclusion of the CONTRACT or, in any case, during the signing phase of the CONTRACT by any other means both (ii) in any case collected and processed by Blue Phoenix to execute the contract referred to in point 2 letter A and it related. 3.2 With reference to the personal data entered on the quotation request form on the Blue Phoenix website.

4. METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING AND CATEGORIES OF ADDRESSEES - Treatment is mainly carried out with the aid of IT / telematic tools or, if necessary, with manual procedures and in any case with the adoption of precautions and precautions to avoid any violation personal data, such as improper use or undue dissemination of the data.
The data of the CLIENT may be known (i) by Blue Phoenix employees and collaborators according to the company function performed, which operate as subjects authorized by the Owner and duly instructed by the same; (ii) by third parties of external companies that manage the administrative and bureaucratic practices of Blue Phoenix always as authorized and trained by the owner (accountants, banking and credit institutions).
The data will be mainly processed in Italy and in any case in countries that are part of the European Union.
5.
